Abstract
The article presents a retrospective, scientific and theoretical analysis of educational, enforcement, institutional and social preventive measures of juvenile delinquency in the context of social preventive institutes . The author concludes that the modern preventive strategy of juvenile delinquency should be based on moral principles and traditional values of Ukrainian society, which aimsto strengthening family values, child's moral health.
