Abstract

肠杆菌科细菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药机制多集中在染色体介导的靶位耐药和膜耐药,而质粒介导的喹诺酮类耐药报道较罕见.目前,已报道的有3种,分别由qnr基因、氨基糖苷乙酰基转移酶基因aac(6′)-Ib-cr和qepA基因介导.对于qnr基因介导的喹诺酮类耐药机制我们已做了相关的前期研究工作[1].质粒介导的qepA基因已被认为是新的影响喹诺酮类耐药的分子机制[2],可通过外排泵机制介导细菌对亲水性喹诺酮类药物的耐药.为了解武汉大学人民医院耐喹诺酮类病原菌中质粒介导的耐药基因qepA流行现状及耐药特征,有效开展qepA基因介导的喹诺酮耐药水平监测,加强消毒隔离措施和耐药菌株的检测,以减少该类菌株的出现和流行,我们对质粒介导的喹诺酮类耐药基因qepA的流行现状及耐药机制进行了研究。
