Abstract

Part of the population of the Altai Region is exposed to rocket and space activities. In order to identify possible medical consequences of such exposure, within the framework of the state space program in the region, since 1999, medical examinations of residents of territories adjacent to the fall areas of the second stages of launch vehicles launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome have been conducted. This paper presents the results of a dynamic analysis of the prevalence of diseases in men of working age in Krasnoshchekovsky district in 2003, 2008, 2013 and 2018. The most significant diseases, levels of indicators for the most widespread diseases and trends in the dynamics of indicators have been identified. The dynamics of the overall prevalence of diseases in men of working age and the prevalence of certain classes of diseases and nosologies is not unambiguous.
