Abstract

Food protein-induced enterocolitis syndrome (FPIES) is a non-IgE-mediated, immune-based food adverse reaction treated by trigger food avoidance and supportive care. The rate of additional or subsequent reactions after initial diagnosis during home food introduction and identity of such triggers is not fully known.
