Abstract

AbstractThe rotor speed‐dependent aggregation of T4 DNA in the analytical ultracentrifuge is studied in the presence of high pressure generated by compressed nitrogen gas in the cell. The extents of aggregation at various speeds are found to be practically the same in the presence and absence of pressure.
