Abstract
We report new results on the pressure and temperature dependences of the pickoff annihilation rates of orthopositronium in ethane below its critical temperature. These data enable a detailed study of the recently discovered enhancement in the annihilation rates of orthopositronium in ethane near 115 amagat at 305.45 K by presenting similar enhancements at several other temperatures below T c.
