Abstract

Water hydraulic transmission technology has become an important direction of the development of hydraulic technology for its advantages of low cost, low pollution and safety. The performance of a two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump depends mainly on the losses of the pump as well as the flow pulsation rate and pressure pulsation rate. The losses determines the volumetric efficiency of the pump; the smaller the flow pulsation rate and pressure pulsation rate, the more stable the pump operation. In this paper, the pressure flow characteristics of a two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump are studied and simulated. The main research work and results are as follows: Firstly, the volumetric efficiency of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump is analyzed and calculated, and the flow analysis of the pump is realized. The flow area of the inlet and outlet of the pump are Analyzed and calculated. Then it is modeled and simulated by AMESim software, the actual working process of the piston pump is simulated , and the output characteristics of the pump flow and pressure during the working process are analyzed. Through the analysis of the simulation results , it provides a theoretical basis and direction for the optimization of the structural parameters of the two-dimensional piston water hydraulic pump.
