Abstract

The article discusses the structural diagram of a low-production well operated with the help of an adjustable pump, divided into three sections: bottom - pump intake, tubing, casing - tubing annulus. The dependence of the pressure and density of the mixture on the depth of an oil well is studied as one of the essential components of the oil production process control algorithm, which has its own characteristics for different methods of raising products to the surface. The results of studies of changes in the density of the oily mixture in the tubing and in the annulus, as well as changes in the density of the oil and water mixture at the bottom-pump section indicate the need to measure pressure in the well at several points. In other words, a necessary and sufficient condition for information support is the installation of remote stationary pressure gauges at the inlet and outlets of the deep pump, as well as inside the tubing and the annulus of the oil producing well with the aim of using them in systems for monitoring and controlling the oil production process. A device is proposed for the simultaneous measurement of pressure inside the tubing and annulus with the possibility of its installation at several control points of the oil well bore. The implementation of the proposed device for the operational control of the operating mode of an oil well will lead to its efficient operation and increase oil production.
