Abstract

Inspired by the thoughts of critic Elinor Fuchs, a poem by the United States poet Billy Collins, a Yale School of Drama 47 reading, and the courage of a Highland New Guinea explorer, the author challenges contemporary new play investigations and offers an alternate approach for Twenty-First Century new play explorations.
