Abstract
As President Hlavaty stated in his report a year ago, “This past year has been the greatest year in Council history. Let me hasten to add that it has been the greatest because it was the fiftieth, and the most recent, year of our history. I am sure that next year your President will be able to claim truthfully that 1970-71 was our greatest year ever.” And so it has been. The Jubilee Year has come to an end, but we have embarked on an even greater half century of progress with renewed vigor and enthusiasm.
