Abstract In light of additional questions raised in the Letters to the Editor section of this issue regarding results of the International Early Lung Cancer Action Program clinical trial on computed tomography screening for lung cancer, Editor-in-Chief of The Oncologist, Bruce A. Chabner, M.D., in this editorial calls for a thorough, complete, and impartial audit of this trial.
