Abstract

Thanks primarily to the efforts of Bob Wyckoff, chairman of SEG's Historical Preservation Committee, exhibits of vintage geophysical equipment and photographs have recently been installed at the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University. In addition, thanks in large measure to the efforts of Guy Flanagan, SEG Gravity/Magnetics Committee, and Bill Gafford, chairman of the Museum Committee of the Geophysical Society of Houston, many items of gravity and magnetic instrumentation that were part of the Robert Iverson collection are now on display in Fugro's Houston offices.
