Abstract

AbstractThe culture of the indigenous peoples of the Far East, which was the result of long-term adaptation to the extreme natural conditions, can be considered a monument to human endeavors. However, the processes of globalization and industrialization pose a threat to this unique ethnos, often the rich experience of minorities is underestimated and undeservedly regarded as archaic. The existing problems of preservation and development of the cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples of the Far East include: misappropriation, as well as distortion of the cultural heritage; destruction of culture due to the forced relocation from the places of traditional residence during industrial development; loss of language due to lack of ethnic education; lack of an effective form of association for the realization of cultural rights. One of the problems in the analyzed area is the misappropriation of the cultural heritage of indigenous peoples. Cultural heritage defines the clear identity of the indigenous peoples of the world. The indigenous peoples do not classify cultural heritage into scientific, spiritual, artistic, since all these spheres are equal and require equal respect and protection.KeywordsPreservationHeritageIndigenous Peoples
