Present situation, problems, and prospect of weighing control system in concrete mixing plant

Abstract

With the continuous development of China's economy, the country's infrastructure and the rapid development of computer industry, concrete mixing station weighing control system for improving production efficiency plays a decisive role. As the core part of concrete production, the weighing control system of concrete mixing station plays an important role in the weighing of concrete materials and the performance of finished concrete. In this paper, the mixing station structure and construction technology analysis of the mixing station weighing system, using control algorithm to achieve the mixing station weighing function to replace the control of conventional instruments. The stability of system operation is improved, the intelligent diagnosis function is increased, and the hardware cost is reduced.
