Abstract
As a kind of photoelectric material with high performance, perovskite has drawn wide attention. Since its first application as active layer in solar cell in 2009, the efficiency of perovskite solar cell (PSC) has been raised from 3.8% to 23.3%. As the most efficient Pb-free PSC, Sn halide PSCs attract much attention recently. This review briefly introduces the principle of PSCs, summarizes the methods to improve Sn halide PSCs’ efficiency and makes some outlook of the future of this field.
