Abstract

Pumping stations that receive water from the Amu Darya serve to supply high-turbidity water to agricultural crops in adverse weather conditions. This article provides an analysis of the technical water supply system of the Kuyimozor auxiliary pumping station in the Amu Darya Basin. The performance of all elements of the system was thoroughly studied and the turbidity of the water in front of the pumping station was analyzed. Various shortcomings have been identified in the system and conclusions have been drawn on these shortcomings.
