Abstract
During the laparoscopic right inguinoscrotal hernia repair in an adult male patient, the right testicle was clearly viewed in the inguinal hernia sac. The presence of testicle in indirect hernia sac is not uncommon, especially in congenital hernia types, surgeons should be aware of this condition, and avoid injury during hernia sac dissection.
