Abstract
Samples of different brands of nail paints collected from retail shops in the local market of Goregaon, Mumbai. The nail paints were oven dried at 1000C for the period of 48 hrs. The samples so digested were process for metal analyzed by ICP/AES Spectrophotometer at IIT Mumbai. The result of the study reveals that some of the nail polish may cause skin eruption or there may be a danger of skin cancer, therefore the further detail investigation is required the minimized the evils of danger.
