Abstract
The article deals with topical issues concerning the meaning, the order of calculation, as well as the types of limitation periods, and the requirements for which the limitation periods do not apply. The grounds for the interruption and suspension of the prescriptive periods are indicated in this work. The authors paid a special attention to the prescriptive period for challenging the results of the cadastral assessment of a land plot.
