Abstract
We prove compactness and existence results for Prescribing the Q-curvature problem on 6-dimensional Riemannian closed manifolds (M,g0) with a non negative scalar curvature Rg0 and a semi-positive Q-curvature Qg0. It is the case of multi-blow-up points with the so called balance phenomena, (see Remark 1.2).
