Abstract
Summary 1. A case of presacral retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma in a 4 1/2-year-old child has been presented. 2. Review of the literature reveals that the incidence of ganglioneuroma in the lumbosacral retroperitoneal area in infancy and childhood is relatively infrequent. 3. Differential diagnosis of abdominal masses in infancy and childhood should include benign ganglioneuroma.
