That's a good thing for anesthesiology – their abilities, passion, and compassion are on display in hospitals and medical schools across the country every day. And in October, we'll see their talents and enthusiasm in New Orleans at ANESTHESIOLOGY 2022 as thousands of residents and medical students join us in person. For me, as the Chair of the Committee on Annual Meeting Oversight, it's vital to engage with the Resident Component to ensure we're listening to resident leaders and prepared to meet the needs of residents and medical students, so they feel welcome and leave inspired.
