Abstract
In this study, we created a CRISPR vector that will ultimately be used to create new mutations in the ASYMMETRIC LEAVES 2 (AS2) gene of Arabidopsis. New mutations in AS2 will help us understand how this protein functions during leaf development and learn more about the structure of the AS2 protein.
