ANAHEIM, Calif. — More than a dozen states have legalized sports wagering. And that has an impact on the college athletics environment, from the integrity of competition to the health and well‐being of student‐athletes, according to Naima Stevenson Starks, Vice President of Hearing Operations at the NCAA. She hosted a panel at the NCAA's annual convention in January.
