Abstract
Methods for preparative high-performance liquid chromatography (hplc) of proteins are described. Both normal and reverse-phase chromatography were studied and adapted to the fractionation of proteins in quantities of up to 50 mg. Lichrosorb Diol was used as a “normal phase” for chromatography of hydrophobic proteins. Lichrosorb RP-8 was used for reversephase chromatography of proteins.
