Incorporating spray pyrolysis method in a fluidized bed in order to prepare very fine high purity ZrO 2 particles from a ZrOCl 2 .8H 2 O solution is investigated. The effects of operating parameters, such as fluidized particle size, bed height, solution concentration and superficial gas velocity, on the characteristics of prepared fine ZrO 2 particles were investigated
