Abstract

In view of the problems of poor environmental performance, reservoir emulsification blockage, poor sand carrying capacity, poor salt resistance of drag reducing agent and slow dissolution rate in the current sticky and slippery water, a salt-resistant hydrophobic associative polymer HAD-1 was prepared using acrylamide, methacryloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride and N, N-dimethyloctadecylallyl ammonium chloride as raw materials, and the drag reducing agent HAD-1 was added to the PEG solution with phase, stability and drag reduction, and W/W suspension drag reducing agent was prepared, performance test shows that W/W suspension drag reducing agent has good dissolution performance and good salt resistance (Na+, Ca2+ can reach more than 150000 mg/L); The surface tension of the system is 27.26 mN/m, the interfacial tension is 1.95 mN/m, and the anti-expansion rate is more than 65%; Based on the four properties of W/W suspension drag reducer, salt resistance, emission aid, anti-swelling and drag reduction, an integrated sticky slippery water was constructed and its performance was tested and evaluated, and the results showed that the shear resistance and temperature resistance of the viscous slippery water were good, and the drag reduction rate of the system was about 75%. With the increase in the sand ratio, the sand-carrying performance of slippery water was enhanced, and the sedimentation rate was as low as 0.003766 m/min. After breaking the glue, its low surface interface tension and ultra-low residue content can meet the requirements, and the residue content is as low as 0.7 mg/L. The salt-resistant W/W suspension drag reducer has excellent application prospect in areas with high mineralisation water resources and direct discharging of fracturing return fluid.
