Abstract

The influence of the temperature on the preparation of tin oxide nanolayers on the surface of the C 52-1 borosilicate glass by the molecular layering method is investigated. Changes in the surface conductivity and the surface morphology of the glass modified by tin oxide nanolayers are analyzed as a function of the thickness of the coating and the synthesis temperature.
