Abstract
The composite materials of an arbitrary structure can be produced using the electrostatic adsorption method, and the various characteristics of the composite material can be easily adjusted by changing the arbitrary structure. The thermal conductivity and the breakdown strength of polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) composite produced by the electrostatic adsorption method were estimated in this paper. The breakdown strength of the sphere PET/h-BN composite with pre-drying treatment was higher than that of the indefinite PET/h-BN composite with pre-drying treatment. The magnitude relationship of the thermal conductivity converted to inverse magnitude relationship of the breakdown strength. The distance between fillers changed by changing PET particle shape determines the DC breakdown strength and the thermal conductivity.
