Abstract
The cultivation of Advanced Nurse practitioner is one of the most important aspects of specialization in the field of nursing education.In this article,the training aim,curriculum planning,teaching methods and evaluation were analyzed.The training model should be referred to speed up to develop the specialization of nursing education in our country and establish the training model of preparation for nursing specialized talents.The following measures should be used:①to adjust the curriculum structure and design the nursing curriculum for different specialty.②to optimize the teaching methods and facilitate the development of the students' comprehensive ability.③to develop the internet resources and establish the teaching platform based on internet.④to practice the simulation teaching and develop the students ' ability in specialty.
