Abstract
Based on the cooperation of the fluorated polyurethane and nano silicon oxide,superhydrophobic coating was successfully fabricated on the surface of aluminium alloy. The superhydrophobic coating was characterized and investigated by FT-IR、SEM and electrochemical measurement. The FT-IR result showed that silane coupling reagent (A1100) was grafted on the surface of the nano-disilicon oxide. Scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) and optical contact angle meter(θ) indicated that rough structure was present on the surface of the coating,and the contact angle could reach up to 156° with sliding angle smaller than 5°. The results of electrochemical measurements(EIS and polarization curve) showed that anti-corrosion property of aluminium alloy was greatly improved.
