Abstract
ABSTRACT Polyaniline (PANI) was synthesized using carboxylic acids including amino acids. The obtained PANIs were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, optical spectroscopy, and electron spin resonance. The selected carboxylic acids caused structural differences and carrier localization in the PANI. Appropriate carboxylic acid selection led to structural control and spreading of conductive polymers.
