Abstract

The preparation of In 2O 3 single crystals by chemical vapour transport method with chlorine as a transporting agent has been investigated. On the basis of thermodynamic calculations the best temperature conditions of the transport process have been evaluated. Octahedral, transparent, yellow single crystals of In 2O 3 have been grown.
