Abstract
In order to prepare immunosorbents with CEA, NCA and NCA 2, we used a method derived from that described by Nakane: it was based on the coupling of periodic acid oxidized antigen to a protein bound gel of AH Sepharose or cyanogen bromide-activated Sepharose 4B. Results were satisfactory with AH Sepharose, but less regularly good with activated Sepharose 4B. The immunosorbents thus obtained allowed us to absorb out antisera and to prepare pure antibodies with good yield.
