Abstract

In this work, a high repetition frequency femtosecond laser with a wavelength of 1030 nm was used to radiate on electron beam (EB) curing ink to induce graphene. The Raman spectrum and resistance values of EB curing ink in different colors show different changing laws under femtosecond laser irradiation. Through reasonable control of laser processing parameters, laser-induced graphene (LIG) was prepared by ablating green EB curing ink with femtosecond laser. The research results can provide reference and basis for the improvement of the patterning process of LIG-based materials.
