Abstract
High-pressure free radical emulsion polymerization was used to prepare the fluorine certified reference material candidates for fluoroether rubber. Ion chromatography method and high performance liquid chromatography were adopted for the determination of the certified reference material, and various sources of uncertainty in the determination process were analyzed and calculated to gain the expanded uncertainty by synthesis. The homogeneity of the certified reference material was checked by F test and the stability was investigated by t test. The results show that the prepared fluorine certified reference material for fluoroether rubber has accurate value and good homogeneity and stability.
