Abstract

In this work, aluminum-doped zinc oxide (AZO) powders have been prepared by one-step solvent method. AZO powders with different reaction conditions have been studied for the impact on the structure and electrical properties. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), four-probe techniques were used to characterize the surface morphology and electrical properties of all AZO powders. The result showed that the resistivity of the AZO powders decreased from 187.1 Ωm to 14.6 Ωm when the Al doping concentration was 3%, the reaction temperature was 250 °C, the precipitant NaOH concentration was 0.5 mol·L−1, PEG-1000 was used as dispersant.
