Abstract
Objective To explore the preparation method of diphenhydramine mint cream and its clinical effect on hand eczema. Methods The preparation process of diphenhydramine mint cream, quality standard, evaluation, and the curative effect on 52 patients with hand eczema were determined. Results The quality of the preparation was stable. The effective rate was 96% in the treatment group (most were cured and obviously effective) and 38% in the control group (most were effective). Conclusions The preparation technology is simple and mature. The cream for hand eczema is effective, so it is worth being generalized.
