Abstract

A chiral stationary phase (CSP) was prepared by coating cellulose tris(4-methylbenzoate) (CTMB) onto aminopropylated silica gel. Chiral herbicide diclofop-methyl (DM) was well resolved on analytical coated-CTMB CSP using 85/15 n-hexane/isopropanol as the mobile phase by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and the semi-preparation of DM enantiomers was conducted by the semi-chromatography. With a concentration 10000 ppm and a 20 µL loop, the yields of (+)-DM and (−)-DM were 1.590 mg/h and 1.583 mg/h, respectively.
