Abstract
Processes of preparation of concentrated colloidal solutions of CdTe nanocrystals (NCs) stabilized by thioglycolic acid (TGA) and of subsequent sedimentation precipitation of monodisperse fractions from the initial polydisperse solutions have been studied. Spectra of optical absorption and of photoluminescence of colloidal solutions of CdTe NCs have been studied experimentally immediately after the completion of synthesis and after postsynthesis treatment.
