Abstract

4, 6-dinitro-7-oxygen-benzofuraxan sodium salt (NaDNP) was synthesized from 3-bromo-2, 4, 6-trinitroanisole and sodium azide by Substitution reaction and Cyclization reaction in water with an overall yield of 78%. Its structure was characterized by 1NMR, 13C NMR and IR, and its thermal properties were studied by Differential Scanning Calorimetry. The sensitivity performance was studied by impact sensitivity, flame sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity. The results show that the DSC peak value of the sample is 282.45 °C under the protection of nitrogen when the heating rate is 10 °C / min. The impact sensitivity H50 is 38.2m, the flame sensitivity H50 is 13.6cm, and the electrostatic sensitivity E50 is 0.51J. Compare with LTNR, NaDNP is an insensitive new type of primary explosive.
