After the Hummers method of oxidation process, the sharp peak shifted to 10.6°, which could be assigned to the (002) reflection [19], and the interlamellar spacing was expanded to 0.838 nm, which was caused by the presence of various oxygen-containing functional groups and the introduction of H2O molecules [20]
