Abstract
The author pays attention to the preparation and research of nanofiber membrane, which is a kind of indoor environment purification material, and has obtained a Electrospinning process that can produce nanofiber membrane materials with excellent performance through experiments. By adjusting the spinning solution, solvent, voltage, speed and other conditions, various structures of polylactic acid (PLA) fibers were prepared. The fiber was characterized by Scanning electron microscope and Transmission electron microscopy, and its filtration efficiency and filtration life were tested. The experimental results indicate that, the optimal spinning process is: voltage 20 kV, internal needle injection speed 2.0 mL/h, external needle injection speed 8.0 mL/h, temperature 25 °C, humidity 50%, receiving distance 20 cm, receiving substrate and covering layer made of polypropylene non-woven fabric, covering weight 2.0 g/m2, and filtering efficiency up to 99.47%. The characterization and testing results were analyzed, proving the ideal preparation process.
