Abstract
In this study, graphene was prepared by Hummers method and modified by silane coupling agent to introduce vinyl group. Polyurethane copolymer was used as adhesive to crosslink graphene layers, and their composite was synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate, polyethylene glycol (PEG400) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate. Composite films were cast on glass substrate and cured after UV irradiation, which demonstrated satisfactory conductivity, transparency and thermal resistance properties as functionalized graphene homogeneously dispersed in polymer matrix and a conductive path was successfully constructed.
