Abstract

Advanced materials provide important support in the fields of economic growth, military construction, energy development and technological leap as basic, strategic and pioneering role. The purpose of this paper is to develop advanced materials of polyurethane adhesives. Dimethyldichlorosilane was hydrolyzed in a limited degree under acidic conditions, and then ethylene glycol and diphenylmethane diisocyanate were added respectively to prepare isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymers, whose structure was characterized by FTIR and GPC. Hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly (aryl ether ketone) was prepared by controlling the molar ratio of phloroglucinol and 4,4’-difluorobenzophenon, and its structure was confirmed by FTIR. Polyurethane adhesives were prepared by using isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer as component A and hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly (aryl ether ketone) as component B, the shear strength and thermal properties were characterized. The results show that the polyurethane adhesives possess excellent thermal stability, adhesion properties, water and oil resistance.
