The present study was designed to prepare ND, IB and IBD anti seraconjugated with fluorescine isothiocyanate and horse radishperoxidase to be available on request as local products saving timeand cost. The obtained results indicated that the prepared NewcastleDisease (NDV); Infectious Bronchitis (IBV) and Infectious BursalDisease (IBDV) antisera either in simple forms or conjugated formswith fluorescine isothiocyanate and horse radish peroxidase are ofhigh quality providing local kits of low cost and on time of request fordiagnostic and confirmatory serological tests. In addition, preparation of antisera in goats, which need less husbandryrequirements than those required for chicken or rabbits, provide hugeamounts of such kits in comparison with those prepared in other hosts, the thing which helps to decrease the cost.
