Abstract
One-dimensional (1D) zinc oxide (ZnO) has been synthesised using immersion technique which is a simple and inexpensive process. X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the obtained 1D structure was ZnO crystalline. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to investigate the morphology of 1D ZnO. Current–voltage (I–V) measurement was conducted to study electrical properties of the 1D ZnO structure.
