Abstract
Amiodarone use is common for pediatric arrhythmias and its preoperative use is associated with increased mortality in adult heart transplant patients at one year. We hypothesized that pre-transplant use of amiodarone would increase the one year morbidity and mortality in pediatric heart transplant recipients.
