Abstract
A case of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of dural sinus malformation with thrombosis at 21–22 weeks of gestation is presented. Pregnancy terminated for medical reasons. Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis and perinatal outcome of dural sinus thrombosis based on previously published cases are discussed.
