Abstract

Premature luteinization is not an uncommon problem in GnRH antagonist cycles. However, the possible effect on IVF outcomes is controversial and it is not unclear when decide the date of administration of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) if luteinizing hormone (LH) rises prematurely. Here, we sought to determine whether premature luteinization is associated with adverse IVF outcomes.
